YML REBRAND
Born at the beginning of the smartphone revolution in 2009, YML had quickly grown to be a leader in the mobile app development space. By 2016, the agency was eager to move beyond development and partner with clients to engage in full service digital strategy projects.
I proactively initiated a repositioning strategy with data from a series of branding workshops, market research and a competitive analysis. After garnering buy-in from executives across the organization, I worked cross functionally with our leaders to execute a new brand and visual identity, website, marketing and internal comms strategy, client partnerships, and people programs to successfully reposition YML as a full-service digital agency with a competitive edge.
